Top Navigation and Maps Apps on iOS in Venezuela: Q4 2024

In the fourth quarter of 2024, the iOS platform in Venezuela saw varying performances among the top navigation and maps applications, according to Sensor Tower data.

Google Maps maintained a consistent download rate, with figures hovering around 4K weekly. Active users showed a steady climb, beginning at approximately 44.6K at the start of the quarter and peaking at about 68.8K by mid-December before ending the year at 58.4K.

Waze Navigation & Live Traffic experienced stable download numbers, remaining close to 500 weekly. Active users started at 4.1K and reached 5.3K in late November, before tapering off to end the quarter at around 3.9K.

Google Earth downloads varied throughout the quarter, starting at 349 and peaking at 524 in early December. Active users fluctuated, starting at 2.2K, peaking at 2.8K mid-December, and closing the quarter at roughly 2.5K.

Speedometer Simple showed modest download activity, peaking at 228 in the week of December 23. Active users increased from 313 to 407 by the end of December.

GPS Speedometer MPH Tracker had relatively low download numbers, reaching a high of 188 in late December. Active users increased from 163 to a peak of 295 before ending the quarter at 273.
